Pilates
The aim of Pilates is to restore the natural strength and structure of the body and allow the body to work to its full potential with the least amount of effort.
Pilates draws inspiration from both eastern & western exercise regimes, working muscles on a focused, deep level to strengthen the abdomen, stabilise the spine and support the back, and helping to develop correct postural alignment and enhance flexibility.
If you want a one-on-one session, or have a group of family, friends or colleagues who want to learn Pilates, our private classes are tailor-made to suit your needs and are available anywhere in London at a cost of £60 per hour.
